Polish Generic Design Agreement (PGDA) signed February 24, 2026 in Washington DC at DOE ceremony. OSGE plans fleet of 24 BWRX-300s across at least 6 locations. First unit at Włocławek targeted for 2032. Polish design adaptation underway. Backed by Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment + National Atomic Energy Agency. US ExIm Bank + US International Development Finance Corporation letters of interest totaling $4B.
